CSR / Front Counter Employee
(Part-Time)
The CSR / Front Counter Employee provides support in a way to make our customers’ experience enjoyable and memorable. Fox Cleaners Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for our customers. From the moment we make contact, we want our customers to feel as if we are genuinely excited to be of service. We welcome them by opening the door with a smile and our full attention. We create relationships with our customers to determine their specific Dry Cleaning and Laundry needs and help them discover what works best for them. We want our customers to know that Fox Cleaners “Gets” them and understands that there is nothing we won’t reasonably do as it relates to their garment and textile care. We expect our entire team to make every effort to delight and satisfy our customers with outstanding quality, convenience and customer service.
While the customer experience is your primary responsibility you will also be responsible for the receipt, preparation and handling of our customers garments and textiles before they are transferred to production to be processed.
The CSR / Front Counter Employee will work in harmony with the entire team to continually improve the customer experience and reports directly to the Assistant Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and abide by our policies and company rules as outlined in the Employee Agreement
- Fully participate in initial training, utilize provided training materials and online resources as needed
- Have a thorough knowledge of all the services available at Fox Cleaners
- Greet and assist call in or walk in customers who may inquire about our services with your full attention and present in a professional and helpful manner
- Carefully inspect, prepare, tag and/or scan garments and textiles for processing as directed by the Operations Manager
- Provide accurate and detailed data entry in SPOT (Point Of System)
- Ensure a clean, organized, safe and attractive welcoming environment at all times
- Always refer to Management with questions and assistance for any issues you are unsure about before taking action
Other Responsibilities / Expectations
- Opening and/or closing location
- Some heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and general cleaning of the front counter and mark in area
- Trash removal
- Sorting recycled hangers for reuse
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Share and contribute any ideas to improve efficiency and overall improvement
- Schedule participation in SPOT Webinars or other educational opportunities as required
- Assist with Fox Cleaners tent / booth for off site service made available for special events & promotional activities
- Data entry & miscellaneous clerical duties
Production Crew Member
(Full-Time)
Responsibilities & Duties
- Operate production equipment including steamers, presses, washers, and dryers.
- Sort, clean, press, steam, and finish garments to company quality standards.
- Inspect garments for stains, damage, missing buttons, and any special customer instructions.
- Perform minor repairs such as button replacement and simple fixes.
- Fold, bag, and prepare garments for customer pickup or delivery.
- Organize completed orders on racks or in bins for route drivers and front counter staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to equipment, chemicals, and required PPE.
- Assist teammates in other production areas as needed to support workflow.
- Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns.
- Stand, move, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs for extended periods.
- Learn and follow production processes accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

- Work cooperatively with team members to meet deadlines and maintain smooth workflow.
- Adapt to changing tasks and support multiple production areas when necessary.
- Maintain efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or garment quality.
- Work comfortably in a warm production environment with repetitive tasks.
- Provide excellent internal and external service through careful handling of customer garments.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are helpful but not required.
- Experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or garment care preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with pressing equipment is a plus.
