Delivery Route / Sales Representative
Duties include pick-up and delivery of Dry Cleaning, Laundered and Washed and Folded items for our residential and commercial customers in the Tulsa Metro area. As a Route Sales Representative, you will work independently as part of a great team of motivated individuals who share similar core values. After our hands-on training, you will receive your own established route where you will safely pick up, deliver and sell our Dry Cleaning and Laundry services to an established route with reliable customers in the Tulsa Metro area. You will be expected to work in tandem with our team to promote Fox Cleaners and make every effort to honor our customer requests, exceed their expectations and make their lives cleaner, simpler and happier.
Job Duties
- Visit and manage assigned accounts and on demand requests daily Monday through Friday
- Deliver cleaned items and pick-up soiled items for cleaning at designated areas, days and times
- Maintain a great working relationship with all customer contacts at each of your accounts
- Develop inside sales opportunities for existing customers
- Generate sales leads of potential customers
- Perform monthly vehicle inspections of your van to ensure proper maintenance
- Periodic training as needed with applications and software when appropriate

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Work in all elements of weather

CSR / Front Counter Employee
The CSR / Front Counter Employee provides support in a way to make our customers’ experience enjoyable and memorable. Fox Cleaners Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for our customers. From the moment we make contact, we want our customers to feel as if we are genuinely excited to be of service. We welcome them by opening the door with a smile and our full attention. We create relationships with our customers to determine their specific Dry Cleaning and Laundry needs and help them discover what works best for them. We want our customers to know that Fox Cleaners “Gets” them and understands that there is nothing we won’t reasonably do as it relates to their garment and textile care. We expect our entire team to make every effort to delight and satisfy our customers with outstanding quality, convenience and customer service.
While the customer experience is your primary responsibility you will also be responsible for the receipt, preparation and handling of our customers garments and textiles before they are transferred to production to be processed.
The CSR / Front Counter Employee will work in harmony with the entire team to continually improve the customer experience and reports directly to the Assistant Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and abide by our policies and company rules as outlined in the Employee Agreement
- Fully participate in initial training, utilize provided training materials and online resources as needed
- Have a thorough knowledge of all the services available at Fox Cleaners
- Greet and assist call in or walk in customers who may inquire about our services with your full attention and present in a professional and helpful manner
- Carefully inspect, prepare, tag and/or scan garments and textiles for processing as directed by the Operations Manager
- Provide accurate and detailed data entry in SPOT (Point Of System)
- Ensure a clean, organized, safe and attractive welcoming environment at all times
- Always refer to Management with questions and assistance for any issues you are unsure about before taking action
Other Responsibilities / Expectations
- Opening and/or closing location
- Some heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and general cleaning of the front counter and mark in area
- Trash removal
- Sorting recycled hangers for reuse
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Share and contribute any ideas to improve efficiency and overall improvement
- Schedule participation in SPOT Webinars or other educational opportunities as required
- Assist with Fox Cleaners tent / booth for off site service made available for special events & promotional activities
- Data entry & miscellaneous clerical duties
