We clean both:
- Synthetic rugs – $5.00 per square foot
- Natural fiber rugs (e.g., wool, silk, cotton, jute, etc.) – $8.00 per square foot
Not sure what type of rug you have? No problem! Our team will assess it during processing and ensure the correct cleaning method is used.
You have two convenient options:
1. Pick-Up and Delivery
- Roll your rug and place it outside your home.
- We’ll pick it up on your next scheduled Fox Cleaners delivery day.
- Your cleaned rug will be returned within two weeks, on your next delivery day.
- For oversized rugs, please call our store to arrange pick up and delivery.
2. Drop-Off
- You may also bring your rug to our Harvard location:

No appointment needed — just drop off your rug and we’ll take it from there!

Tip: Measure the full length and width in feet, including any fringe or trim.
At this time, rug pick-up is only available on your regular delivery schedule. If you’d like faster service, you’re always welcome to drop it off at our 4102 S Harvard location.
Rugs are typically returned within 14 days of pick-up or drop-off. If any delays arise (e.g., specialty treatment), we’ll contact you.

We cannot clean rugs that are:
- Mold-damaged or soaked
- Infested with moths or fleas
- Glued down or cannot be moved
If your rug cannot be cleaned, we’ll notify you and return it uncleaned at no cost.
